RebelSat UNLV was founded on inspiring students in the field of aerospace engineering at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Currently, our team is focused on the development of the RebelSat-1 spacecraft. We are developing novel on-orbit maneuvering techniques to aid in the progression of space technology development and the advancement of space exploration.

PHOTOGRAPHER

We are seeking a skilled photographer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality images for a variety of purposes, including marketing materials, social media, and product catalogs. The photographer will be responsible for all aspects of the photography process, from setting up the shot to editing and finalizing the images

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Attend RebelSat Events and take action shots of project development and meetings

  • Manage and maintain photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and other accessories.

  • Manage and organize image files to ensure easy retrieval and access.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree as a Nevada System of Higher Education (NSHE) student.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience and portfolio

  • Ability to be flexible and available for most RebelSat Events

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to work weekdays and weekends as necessary (flexible).

  • Export control course clearance via CITI Program.

ITAR/EAR REQUIREMENTS:

To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
